Pixio APIPixio API

Custom Nodes Browser

Discover ComfyUI custom nodes, get AI explanations, and add them to your machines.

The Nodes page is a browsable catalog of popular ComfyUI custom nodes from GitHub — search, compare by stars, and switch between grid and list view.

Explain this node

Every node package has an Explain button: an AI reads the repository (README included) and returns a concise briefing —

  • what the node package does
  • key features and common workflow usage
  • install requirements and cautions

Useful before committing a machine rebuild to a node you've never used.

Adding a node to a machine

  1. Find the node, copy the repo URL
  2. Machine → Settings → Custom Nodes → paste the URL (see Environment)
  3. Save — the machine rebuilds with the node installed

Node packages that need credentials at runtime should get them via Secrets, not hardcoded fields.

Pixio input nodes

The Pixio Nodes page covers our own node pack — the external input nodes that expose workflow parameters to the Playground and API. If you deploy workflows, these are the nodes you'll use most.
